If you’re stuck in survival mode—people-pleasing, numbing out, or losing yourself in others—you’re not alone. Those patterns once kept you safe, but now they’re holding you back. I help folks rebuild a solid sense of self and create connection that feels mutual and real. My style is direct, relational, and trauma-informed, blending EMDR, parts work, somatic tools, and grounded strategies that create change.
