I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience supporting women through mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, perinatal mood disorders, and trauma. My goal when working with clients is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for women to discuss everyday stressors such as motherhood, parenting, and pregnancy, as well as different types of relationships (intimate, familial, professional, friendships).
