It can feel like a dark and hopeless place that we will never see our way through. I am here to remind you that you are not alone on this journey and that there is a future hope for you. With the support and tools that fit your needs you can see your way through these seemingly hopeless times. I work collaboratively with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, traumatic events, substance use and many other co occurring mental health disorders.
