As your therapist, my hope is to walk alongside you as you move toward a way of being that feels authentic, meaningful, and vibrantly whole. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where all parts of you are welcome. As we build a relationship of trust, we can begin to notice how certain parts show up in response to old wounds or unmet needs, and bring compassionate attention to their stories, functions, and emotional truths - creating the conditions for integration, repair, and lasting change. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples in cultivating healthier relationships, heal from challenging or harmful experiences, navigate life transitions, and build stronger communication and connection. My practice is inclusive of neurodivergent clients, the 2S/LGBTQIA+ community, and diverse relationship styles, including polyamory and ENM.
