Therapy in my office is a place where you can feel free to express emotions and process unresolved traumas, with someone to work alongside you and collaborate on goals. I believe in gently challenging negative thought patterns and resolving where that thought was created. Your session is centered on your goals, and we work through relieving shame, and embracing positive and realistic growth. The analogy I like best: my office is the space where you dump your puzzle pieces, and we take our time to figure out which pieces fit together.
