Within sessions, I primarily work with adolescents and young/middle-age adults - primarily those within the LGBTQ+ community, as well as neurodivergent folks. People often come to me when they are navigating anxiety, depression, executive dysfunction, interpersonal conflict, and more. Overall, the goal is to help the individual feel that they are living an authentic and fulfilling life through self-exploration, skill building, and mental reframing. Each person comes from a different walk of life with different needs, and therapy can (and should) be tailored to respect one's individuality.
