I believe that we, as human beings, naturally strive to heal and survive. I seek to help others tap into the deep-rooted wellsprings of healing and change that already exist within us all. As a trauma-focused therapist, I work from the theory that each of us is deeply impacted by our environment—our families, culture, childhood, and personal experiences. When these experiences are painful or traumatic, it can be hard to understand or process their impact on how we move through life. Through our work together, I want to help you process those painful experiences and nurture and restore the relationships with yourself and the world.
