Welcome! I work with adults leaving unhealthy relationships, navigating single life, balancing work/family demands, or seeking to grow their self-worth. I support children, teens, and adults as they process unexpected life transitions or relational conflicts. I am experienced in helping kids and teens navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma through the expressive power of child-centered play, art, and emotion-focused therapies. Regardless of age, I value building a healthy and safe therapeutic relationship. By using a strengths-based approach, I collaborate with clients to build upon their existing skills. I utilize person-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused approaches, tailored to clients' unique needs.
