Life can provide a number of challenges. I aim to provide a non-judgmental and safe space to help navigate challenges, explore emotions, mend relationships, and foster personal growth. I am a licensed alcohol and drug counselor and a pre-licensed therapist. I specialize in supporting adult individuals dealing with substance use disorders, relationship conflicts, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion dysregulation, and more. I'm trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy as well as utilize dialectical behavior therapy, relational-cultural therapy, and interpersonal effectiveness in my therapeutic approach.
