Welcome to my psychotherapy practice! I provide services to those struggling with everyday stress, anxiety, adhd, executive function, perinatal/postnatal mood and adjustment, grief and loss. I also offer parenting support at all ages and stages of development. I specialize in therapy designed to help people feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools that make a real difference in their lives. I am licensed to practice with clients located throughout the state of Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
