I work with neurodivergent adults (ASD, ADHD, AuDHD) who have spent years pushing through life while feeling depleted, anxious, or out of sync with others. Common concerns include late diagnosis, burnout, relationship challenges, and difficulties with boundaries or self-direction. With over 10 years as a therapist and 20+ years as a coach, I offer a collaborative and present therapeutic approach that is tailored to how each person’s brain works, reduces overwhelm, and supports self-understanding with less shame. The focus is on clarity, balance, and self-acceptance.
