My goal is to create a safe space where you feel supported and empowered to explore challenges, set meaningful goals, and develop effective coping strategies. My approach is collaborative and flexible. I draw from a variety of clinical methods and tailor my work to meet your unique needs and circumstances. I have experience helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, attachment issues, trauma, PTSD, emotional regulation, sensory processing challenges and life transitions.
