It may be difficult to get the support you need from loved ones who may not have the skills or understanding that a mental health professional can provide. People often contact me because they are trying to deal with anger, constant worrying, sadness, feeling stuck, challenges at work, and frustrating relationships. You don't have to cope with such pain on your own. I am a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience counseling individuals of all ages (preschool through seniors). I am trained in cognitive-behavioral strategies, and am skilled at creating a warm, non-judgmental, and safe environment for you to talk about personal and upsetting situations and feelings.
