My therapeutic approach involves “meeting the person where they are.” I am committed to helping clients understand their life challenges and assisting them in working toward reducing or resolving their internal or external challenges. I believe that treatment is successful when clients have an active role in developing their treatment goals. I provide services using a holistic approach throughout the entire treatment process. All treatment modalities are tailored to address the mind, body, and spirit. My integrative treatment philosophy considers the client’s biological, psychological, emotional, spiritual, and social needs.
