Hello, I'm Michele, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment where your voice is heard and valued. I believe in creating a collaborative relationship with my clients to explore all of life’s messy emotions. I enjoy working with adults and adolescents (ages 15 and up) struggling with anxiety, depression, negative sense of self, empty nest syndrome, divorce, and relationship issues, just to name a few. My goal is to help individuals develop the skills and strategies necessary to lead fulfilling, meaningful lives. Now accepting new clients. Daytime availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
