I have worked in the Mental Health Field for eighteen years and in Education for over twenty five years. From my experiences, I have been able to assist young people and their families in developing stronger relationships, managing boundaries, and setting goals together. Most times when people are in crisis or conflict it is because something in their life does not feel comfortable, therefore causing discord. It is at this point, having more support to help you identify what those issues may be will help you to determine the best path forward.
