Hello! I’m Dr. Michele Day and I am a clinical social worker. My specialty areas are personal growth, family therapy, and older adults. I have provided help for people in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Currently, my clients most often have experienced depression, relationship issues, or have faced difficult circumstances. Client-Centered theories are relevant to therapy that is strength-based. I work with the strengths of clients and explore the environment in which clients have lived. Particularly if you are new to therapy these approaches will make sense to you.
