My practice prioritizes women. I am passionate about working with all who identify as creatives, caregivers, mothers, and childless cat ladies. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and relational from both a trauma informed and feminist orientation. I believe that we are all resilient, each of us has unique strengths. I work with my clients to build on these strengths, increase their insight, and develop the trust needed for personal growth. I do this by providing a safe space in which you may process your experiences, express your feelings, challenge unhealthy relationship patterns, and develop self-awareness. I specialize in working with adolescent girls and women's mental health across the lifespan and have additional training in these areas. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, family and relationship issues, and reproductive mental health.
