I have over 16 years of experience working with children and families. I have worked as a community based social worker, guidance counselor, behavior specialist and mental health therapist. During the week, I work as a mental health therapist in the school setting. Therefore, I am well versed in the challenges today's children are facing. I bring all of the experience and knowledge from these roles into my sessions with my clients. My go to therapy is Cognitive Behavior Therapy but I use a variety of other therapies depending on needs. My experience is working with children aged 3-21, however, my area of speciality is age 10-15.
