I provide a comforting, safe, and confidential environment, and work with people who are currently experiencing issues that are causing them to feel unhappy. My goal is to recognize each person's individual needs for therapy so they may find clarity surrounding their feelings, thoughts and relationships. I believe that therapy provides a safe place to receive guidance, through a nurturing therapeutic relationship, where they can explore issues in their life, set goals for change and healing, learn more effective coping skills and work towards greater fulfillment and happiness in their daily lives.
