I see psychotherapy as being like this-most people have it within them to know what they need or want, but something has kept them from feeling free to live life to the fullest. Most people come to see me when they are feeling that important parts of their lives (love, work or play) feel disappointing or "stuck." The "chisling" in therapy is you and I together discovering what is holding you back and identifying so many more choices than it may feel that you have now.
