We are all capable of learning to better navigate life's challenges. During these unprecedented times of stress and uncertainty, relational therapy can help. I believe in your capacity to set goals, improve coping skills, feel more secure in relationships, and process trauma. Therapy helps us learn to uncover strengths and regulate emotions so that life feels more manageable. I utilize training in Brainspotting and Mindful Awareness in Body-Oriented Therapy. Techniques in session support healing through trauma-informed interventions that center on mindful co-regulation, narrative therapy, and internal family systems work. Mindfulness and somatic therapies can help untangle life's challenges. Using integrative solution focused relational therapy, I work to assist clients in healing their authentic selves. I believe in the dignity and worth of each person. Processing trauma, then practicing and developing clear communication strategies can lead to healthier relationships.
