Former Program Director of the Child and Adolescent Program at one of the largest outpatient programs in New Jersey, I co-own BluePrint Mental Health with my husband John Mopper. I confidently treat children, adolescents and their families to cope with and overcome the barriers they are currently facing. Children and teens often shut down or act out when they are struggling and do not have the skillset to express themselves in healthy ways, which can leave a parent lost as to what is happening with their child and what to do.
