Anxiety is an experience that can make us feel isolated and misunderstood. When other's advice seems to be to try harder or push through, we can feel as though we are doing something wrong. Chronic worry or phobias can divide us from the things we most want to accomplish and take the joy out of what we most value. My role in therapy is to provide you with guidance, warmth, and practical, realistic tools towards genuine understanding. Therapy is a place to lean in and face challenges in a safe environment.
