Welcome! I am happy that you are ready to begin the next step in your journey! I am enthusiastic about helping you towards becoming your best. I work with adolescents, teens and adults to utilize a strength-based model to help clients reach their full potential. The focus of my practice is to provide clients with a compassionate and supportive therapeutic environment to reach therapeutic goals. I am particularly interested in using cognitive behavioral approaches to help build self-esteem, self-awareness and healthy habits. I look at therapy as a collaboration and a gateway to future successes.
