The decision to seek out support can be challenging, so I'm glad you found yourself here! I have worked in a variety of settings (inpatient/outpatient clinics, hospitals, correctional settings, and in private practice) since 2010. I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist and have worked extensively with PTSD/trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, and communication and relationship issues. My hope is to provide you with a safe space to share, process, and grow without fear of judgement.
