I offer both in person and telehealth appointments. I am somatically trained specializing in trauma, complex ptsd, people pleasing, and neurodivergence with individuals and couples. Clients I work with often experience feeling overwhelmed, anxious, have intrusive thoughts, experience out of body sensations, loneliness, fear of disappointing others, lack of trust, feeling misunderstood, "too much" or "not enough", told they are too sensitive and struggle with deep connection and intimacy. There is a desire to feel less anxious, less frustrated, out of control, increase in ability to communicate their needs with others. I will help you feel and identify unmet needs; discover parts of self, find the inner voice inside of you that is all knowing. We will highlight relational patterns, attachment style, and get specific on how you want to show up. We will identify the ways you protect your heart and shift towards connection rather than protection in your relationships.
