We will explore underlying patterns and core beliefs and illuminate new perspectives. I use various strategies to address stress, emotion regulation, coping and problem-solving skills, and self-esteem. Whether we are focused on improving relationships, managing anxiety, or addressing trauma, I will be here to assist and support you on your journey.
