Welcome! I believe healing is possible and I take joy in helping others build hope and resilience. If you struggle with binge eating or other eating disorders, trauma or PTSD, shame and low self-esteem, negative body image, anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm, or relationship issues, and are an adult (sorry, I do not work with folks 17 and under) we may be a good fit. I use a compassionate and matter-of-fact approach to encourage curiosity towards emotions and behaviors while seeking change. It takes great courage to seek support and I honor that in you. I am certified in EMDR which is an effective way to resolve trauma without being required to talk about it in-depth and includes somatic elements. I also have experience working with first responders and have worked in the field.
