I think that each client is different, and that no one size fits all. I think it's important for a client and therapist to work toward the goals that are most important to the client. I enjoy utilizing animal assisted therapy, Telehealth, equine assisted therapy, and many behavioral approaches to help clients find what they need in their lives and to move forward with the things most important to them.
