As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 30 years of experience working with youth and their families, I understand how the demands and stress of day to day life can become overwhelming for anyone. Family conflict, marital discord, or individual depression and/or anxiety can develop hindering the ability to find happiness and contentment within yourself as well as in your interpersonal relationships. I am holistic in my approach, utilizing a strength based, client centered, solution focused modality, which incorporates the entire family as needed.
