My two main areas of specialty are couples and women's issues. I specialize in working with couples who desire deeper connection & closeness in their relationship and women of all ages who are experiencing transitions, overwhelm or uncertainty in their lives, roles, health, and relationships. I have a wide breadth of training and experience to support me in this work. Many of us want to be more grounded, live life fully and also experience deeper connection. We find ourselves disoriented, uncertain, and even overwhelmed as we experience transitions, stress, and events that affect us & our closest relationships.
