Therapy that ignores oppression, becomes oppression. I believe this strongly and so it is my commitment to hold space for all of the inconvenient truths of an individual's experience. Focus areas: anxiety, ADHD/executive functioning challenges, chronic stress, sexual trauma, sexual dysfunction, and gender/sexual identity topics. I have experience working with ethically non-monogamous relationship structures, folks in the kink community and am a sex-worker friendly clinician. I am a good fit for clients that appreciate structure, evidence-based approaches, and collaborative treatment plans that include work outside of sessions. I am a non-binary, intersectional feminist clinician that utilizes a social justice framework to support people of all sizes, races, ethnicities, genders, dis/abilities, and orientations. I recognize that each client’s story is beyond labels and still being written. My style is conversational and collaborative with enough room for humor. Laughter is key!
