My style is interactive and I offer clients an authentic and friendly therapeutic relationship through which to explore current challenges that are causing you stress. We'll work to identify what may be barriers to a more hopeful, meaningful life. Perhaps you are in a transitional phase and an objective partner could help with decision making, problem solving or communication strategies. Together we'll find ways to increase your self awareness and develop plans around your goals and values and help you reconnect with parts of yourself which will help guide you toward a more satisfying life that you have been seeking.
