Michele is both CSAT and CPTT certified through IITAP and has completed Level-2 training in the Gottman Method through the Gottman Institute. Additionally, her extensive history in the field of social work and Hospice have provided a well-rounded approach for helping couples and individuals navigate through life challenges and transitions, self-sabotaging and addictive behavior, betrayal, grief, loss and existential crises.
