I’m really glad you’re here. I know how overwhelming it can be when a serious situation, whether your own or a loved one’s, takes over your life. I became a therapist because I’ve lived through some of those seasons myself. They’ve shaped who I am and how I show up—with empathy, presence, and a commitment to walking with clients through what’s hard. I work with youth (10–18), young adults, and adults navigating stress, grief, identity, and relationships. I support individuals, couples, families, professionals, and LGBTQ+ clients with a creative and compassionate approach tailored to each person’s story. My training includes EMDR (trauma care), Family Systems, Grief/Loss, PSI (Pre/Postpartum Depression/Anxiety/OCD for moms/dads/families), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Training (DBT). I hold a certification in AI/Tech/Telehealth from IU with work on dissociative experiences directly related to extensive screentime, & gaming.
