Welcome to a safe space, where you are the most important person. I believe that therapy should be a chance for you to discover more about yourself and how to live your best life. I have had the pleasure of working with all ages in many different levels of treatment. I have come to believe that early intervention is the most valuable approach to achieving a balance in one's mental health. I have spent the last several years serving in the emergency rooms of an adult hospital and a children's hospital. Many times I found myself wishing they would have come for help much earlier.
