I have been a therapist in various capacities for over 30 years. I have expertise in helping clients with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, addiction, trauma, and self-esteem and identity concerns. Presently, my focus is on incorporating a lifestory model to help my clients develop a holistic perspective on their past and present experiences and to view themselves as the main character in their story. Particularly important is learning to recognize one's role as not only the protagonist, but also as the author of one's story. When this occurs, clients take a more proactive role in their lives.
