I help clients with behavioral and relationship issues caused by trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, obsessive-compulsive disorder, stress, or substance use/misuse. I create a calm, welcoming and comfortable environment for my clients to foster the type of therapeutic alliance which encourages them to share their feelings and thoughts openly. For me, the work accomplished during sessions should provide clients with the skills they can then exercise outside of sessions. My approach is based on a holistic view of the client enriched by a trauma-informed care lens.
