I work with those who struggle with anxiety, depression or trauma. I strive to offer a compassionate space so that you can find your own healing path towards healthier living. The type of therapy that I offer is dependent on your needs and your particular situation. Choosing to seek help is a courageous act and we will work together to figure out how to best change your unhealthy thoughts and destructive behaviors and learn to work differently with intense emotional states. We will work beyond "just think more positive" to embracing all the complexities of this wild and profound life to live more fully and with deep compassion. I have dedicated my post-graduate education to learning more about neurobiology, anxiety and trauma's effects on the brain and behavior. When appropriate, I teach mindfulness skills so you can go from surviving your life to thriving. Most importantly, I believe in you learning how to best help yourself and living a more engaged and profound life.
