As a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC), I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate through life's challenges and transitions. My approach is grounded in experiential therapy, which emphasizes the importance of exploring emotions, thoughts, and behaviors through hands-on experiences. I have experience working in rehabilitative and therapeutic massage with developmentally delayed children. I draw upon various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each individual's unique needs and preferences. I believe in the power of creativity and self-expression as tools for healing and growth.
