One of my favorite quotes is from Ray Bradbury, "Life is about trying things to see if they work". My approach to life and to clinical work is to applaud what has been tried and examine opportunities for change. Therapy is an exploration of what has and has not worked and sorting out the way forward to live the life you desire. Whether the catalyst for change is unwanted trauma, addictions, love lost or gained, or workplace stress, you do not have to navigate those challenges alone. Reaching for help is a sign of determination and a willingness to grow!
