My goal is to provide you the support and attention you deserve, with a kind intention in our space. Through your shared stories, we will face your life challenges together, and acknowledge positive strengths you hold, as well as negative beliefs that may hold you back. Many of my clients seek support for anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, childhood trauma, ptsd, grief, identity crises, low self-esteem, and more. Together, we will address your needs and explore your past, your present, and set you up for a future you are comfortable and confident with.
