Hi there, I'm Michelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both California and Utah. I have been providing therapy services for 5 years and have worked with children, adolescents, and adults. I have been trained and certified in trauma treatment, and my other areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, foster care/adoption, domestic violence, and sexual abuse. I offer both Christian-based and secular therapy. I am an eclectic therapist and pull from many different modalities including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, psychodynamic, acceptance and commitment, and positive psychology therapy approaches.
