Reaching out and being able to talk to someone can be difficult. I'm here to help you feel safe, heard, give understanding, and guide you with any issue you feel needs to be addressed. I have been a therapist for 10 years and provided addiction counseling along with a variety of levels of mental health issues. I am also available to just listen, bounce idea's off of along with help process any life issues that require you to just talk it out or problem solve. I have worked with active duty service members on base around suicide prevention and specialize in depression and anxiety symptoms.
