As a licensed mental health counselor specializing in adolescent and adult populations, I'm passionate about helping clients navigate challenges and gain coping skills to support them on their mental health journeys. I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have worked in both partial hospital and outpatient settings with a diverse range of clients and diagnoses. I'm dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood.
