I believe my role as a licensed clinical social worker is to provide a space to process feelings/emotions, gain insight into behavioral patterns, and develop coping strategies and increased self-awareness. I believe it is important to work collaboratively to identify therapy goals and determine the techniques and strategies that will work best for you in order to find improved wellbeing, personal growth, and to live a more meaningful life. I utilize a blend of many different therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and EMDR.
