Often we look for quick fixes for life's challenges when actually they have been developing for many years - dealing with life challenges simply takes time for change. I work with a wide spectrum individuals from all types of backgrounds, histories, lifestyle orientations, faiths and severity of difficulties such as anger issues, depression, anxiety, stress management, and interpersonal trauma. Family issues include pre-marital and couple counseling, parenting issues, children, adolescents, peer relationships, grief and loss through death, adjustments due to divorce or separation, infertility and loss, domestic abuse, and life transitions.
