I have specialized in working with teens and young adults with newly emerging mental health issues for the past decade. While issues of quarter life, specifically young professionals with anxiety, are very much a passion of mine, as my experience in life and work expands so do my specialties and interests. I also now specialize in marital issues, adjustment to pregnancy, new mommyhood, infant care, parenting and the diagnosis of postpartum anxiety and depression. In the room, we will bond, build rapport, you will tell me about yourself. Then you will tell me about your pain, and I will offer different interpretations and perspectives on your pain and you will gain insight and hopefully gain the strength and understanding of self to stop repeating the same patterns and move on, at whichever pace is best for you.
