Thinking about starting therapy, however, don’t know where to begin and what to look for in a therapist can be overwhelming. I am here to make this journey more comfortable for you, your child, and your family. I am a therapist that is empathic, compassionate, relatable, approachable, direct, and welcoming in all sessions all while having fun and making therapy enjoyable. I provide a non-judgmental, safe environment to allow all individuals a place to be vulnerable while you learn about yourself and your therapeutic journey. I specialize in working with adolescents, teenagers, young adults and families. I have experience working with individuals with various conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety, autism, school avoidance, generational trauma, PTSD, interpersonal relationships and personality disorders.
